The healing power of kindness is present in every gift.
It is our privilege to pass it on.

Join us Sunday, September 29!

We are ramping up for our biggest event of the year - and we hope YOU will be a part of it! The Bronson Children's Hospital Run & Walk is coming up on Sunday, September 29 on Bronson's downtown Kalamazoo campus.

This is a great opportunity for you to enjoy a morning of fun in support of hospitalized children and their families. Funds raised through registrations, donations and sponsorships support life-changing and sometimes even life-saving equipment, technology, programs and services at the children's hospital.

We encourage you to sign-up as an individual or form a team! If you or your business would like to sponsor the event, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.

You'll find all the information on our event website

Hiking, Biking and Climbing

in Support of Bronson Children's Hospital

We invite you to learn more about each of these leaders and what prompted them to take on these impressive adventures in support of children's health.

This month, we share with admiration the stories of three Bronson leaders who each set physically challenging feats to raise awareness and funds for Bronson Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Mark Atkinson is currently pedaling his way from coast-to-coast across the United States on his bike; CFO Becky East is training to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in September; and Dr. Aaron Lane Davies recently completed the final stage of a 1,100-mile hike across the Michigan stretch of the North Country Trail!

We also want to give a special thank you to Kalamazoo Anesthesiology (KA) who made a generous $25,000 gift to Dr. Atkinson's children's hospital fundraiser.

Helping Patients Improve Their Hearing

The Constance Brown Hearing Assistance Fund eases the financial burden for patients needing quality hearing services including full diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aids and fittings, and follow up care.

Ron Cleaver is a patient who received assistance in getting his new hearing aids. “When you are having a conversation and you can’t hear well, you tend to fade off. Having help getting the hearing aids I needed made a big difference. It makes life easier. You tend to be in a better mood because you can hear.”
