MARCHing right along! If you've been into Edina or Park recently, you've seen their remodeling projects are in full swing. Edina has made amazing progress and should be completed this month adding another 60 seat coworking workspace and four meeting rooms to the mix. The Park OffiCenter update has been fast and furious and is just waiting for some finishing touches. See a full remodel recap below, or better yet, stop in and see the amazing transformations for yourself!

March is double referral bonus month! Refer a new member and we will pay you double our gratitude gifts. YOU are our number one referral source and I am so appreciative of your confidence in our staff and services. This month, I would like to ask for your support at Union Plaza. S everal national/international coworking players have opened in Minneapolis and we think it's time to show off our hidden gem. If you know of a business who wants a North Loop location, we have some beautiful space ready to Work Awesome. I will pay $50 if you have a referral who will take a tour and look at our unique warehouse space. Union Plaza was remodeled last year and is the affordable best option for anyone wanting to work in downtown Minneapolis. There will be referral sheets available at the front desk for anyone who gives us a referral or refers a tour to Union Plaza.

I am proud to welcome a new OneCommunity member to OffiCenters. As of March 1, The Randy Shaver Cancer Research & Community Fund will be making their new home at Minnetonka OffiCenter. I am so proud to be able to sponsor this active MN cancer charity that gives over 90% of their donation resources back to their cancer programs. Roseann Giovanatto-Shaver and her incredible team will be doing their great work in our workspace. Stop in and let them know if you can donate services to support their cause.

In the Spotlight

Don't look now! Or do! Park OffiCenter is wrapping up paint and carpet this week and is just waiting on a couple of finishing touches. The training room update includes new furniture and white boards. Our podcast room, that will be ready to use later this month, adds another benefit to your membership. We've added two micro offices for anyone that is looking for an affordable furnished full-time office space in St. Louis Park. The wine fridge and new furniture in the coworking space completes this work awesome renovation! Join us on April 4 for Park Networking and our official reveal!

We're full steam ahead at Edina OffiCenter, too. This project, which should be completed by the end of the month, offers a 60 seat coworking space with booths, multiple collaborative seating options and our signature "stamps" that you've come to love. We added beautiful full-time office spaces now available! Join us April 10 for a Donut Day celebration when we toast to our new space!

While we're at it, here are some updates at Woodbury! The new training room furniture was delivered last week and will accommodate larger groups. If a podcast has been on your To Do List, this NEW service is also coming to Woodbury later this month. We are constantly changing to accommodate the needs of our community. Stop in and see the updates! And, you might want to know that we recently moved our corporate office to Woodbury. Stop in and say hi!

Welcome our newest OneCommunity Member, Randy Shaver Cancer Research & Community Fund! Their mission is to assist and support the cancer community in Minnesota by funding research, prevention, treatment and other programs relating to the cancer community's principal needs. Look for the RS team at Minnetonka OffiCenter, where they'll be making their new "home".
