What to Know Before Attending

LAAPOA’s 2024 Women’s Leadership & Empowerment Conference

Dear 2024 Women’s Conference attendee,

The conference is a covered/outdoor event. Casual attire is acceptable, but please bring a warm jacket — it will be cold!

All LAXPD attendees: Please bring your AOA badge.

Reminder: The conference will be hosted at the Signature Flight Support Hangar at 6201 W Imperial Hwy, Los Angeles, CA, 90045. The location can be difficult to find, so we’ve included a map below for your reference.

Balloons will be used as a visual aid to indicate the Additional Entrance to the parking area and the walking path to the hangar. Self-parking will be free. Please allow yourself time to park and walk a short distance to the hangar.

From the I-105 West, take the exit onto Nash Street toward LAX. Turn right onto Imperial Hwy, then right onto Hughes Way. Make a quick left and follow the “Signature Flight Support” signs.
