Our signature event brings together restructuring and insolvency practitioners from around the country and across borders for a day of thoughtful content and authentic connection. After a couple of great years in Chicago, we look forward to celebrating
Cinco de Mayo in the great city of Austin, Texas, and hope you will join us! We will provide more information, including registration and hotel block availability, in the coming weeks.

We are also pleased to announce operational updates that we believe will only enhance TMA NOW’s ability to advance its missions. Historically, the TMA Global NOW Committee has been appointed shortly after the new year, with Summit planning beginning thereafter. Following this year’s Summit, TMA NOW Committee appointments will shift to June. While we are thrilled with our success to date, the accelerated appointment will give the committee additional time to plan the Summit and to focus on other programming, including sessions at TMA’s other national conferences. The June appointment will also capitalize on the boost in collegiality and optimism that immediately follows the conclusion of the Summit: energy and interest are high, and it is a perfect moment to get involved.
