We are proud to share the news of the
Working Families Success model that Family Pathfinders and The Women's Center of Tarrant County have launched. It's that time of year again!
North Texas Giving Day is 1 month away, and Family Pathfinders is excited to be a part of it again. Keep an eye on your inbox for our Giving Day link and make your donations go even further.
As Family Pathfinders broadens its Mentoring program we are excited to share our new mentoring opportunities to help connect with people on the path to greater self-sufficiency. Caring mentor's help people set and attain their goals, offer encouragement, and model great life choices.
This month we said goodbye to a staff member who contributed to our agency in so many ways. We know you will all join us in saying goodbye to Vanna and wishing her the best of luck.

This nationally recognized framework for delivering employment and financial stability services will overlay existing programs that the two agencies have perfected for decades. Working Families Success participants work with a team of staff from both agencies to achieve financial stability. Key services include skills training, employment services, financial coaching, and other resource supports to help particpiants reach their goals. |

Opportunities to Share Your Life Skills
|
For a small investment of time, you can be a positive role model in someone's life. Family Pathfinders is looking for a few people to partner with us to make a difference. In addition to traditional one-to-one mentoring, you may also consider:
Group Mentoring. We have weekly and bi-weekly meetings with several mentees. Sessions have topics for discussion and social activities. Group sessions are held at a halfway house or at the Family Pathfinders office.
Driving. Many of our clients would like to participate in Mentoring activities, but lack transportation. Would you like to drive once or twice a month.?
Pre-release. We have opportunities for mentors to meet with people incarcerated in Tarrant County jail to talk with participants about goals and their plans for reentry.
For more information, contact Nicole at 817-731-1173.
