Dear Caregivers,
February is often called the month of love, and we can think of no better time to say thank you for the care, patience, and commitment you show every day.
Opening your heart and home to children in foster care is an extraordinary act of love. The stability you provide, the routines you create, and the encouragement you offer make a lasting difference even when it may not always feel visible in the moment. Your presence matters more than you know.
At Friends of Foster Children, we see the impact of your dedication every day. Because of you, children experience safety, consistency, and the reassurance that there are adults who truly care about their well-being. These are the foundations that help young people heal, grow, and believe in their own potential.
This month, as we reflect on love in all its forms, we want you to know how deeply grateful we are for you. The work you do is not always easy, but it is incredibly meaningful. You are an essential part of the community that surrounds foster children with compassion and support.
Thank you for the love you give, not just in February, but all year long. We are honored to support you and to walk alongside you in this important work.
With sincere appreciation
With appreciation,
Jane Denny Richardson
