Learn from an Honorary IEA Founder who was there from the beginning. This Basic Training is a balance of self-study and cohort learning and is based on Jerry’s best-selling book The Enneagram Spectrum of Personality Styles: an Introductory Guide, 25th Anniversary Extended Edition.

This training lays out and organizes the various pieces of the Enneagram personality puzzle. It has 20 pre-recorded modules that trainees can listen to on their own.

After several modules have been viewed, there are seven group gatherings that meet to learn additional exercises, answer questions, hear from other participants, discuss how to present the material, share the homework assignments in small groups, etc.

At the conclusion of the Training, participants are designated as a Certified Instructor in the Enneagram Spectrum Method. 25 CE’s are also available.
