Main Library will host Honk! JR.
Come enjoy Honk! JR. performed by Paper Mill Playhouse’s Children’s Theatre on Tour students.  Honk! JR. is a heartwarming celebration of being different that is sure to delight audiences of all ages with humor and heart. 

 It is open to Woodbridge township residents and registration is required. Registration is open and can be done online, in-person at the library or by calling 732-634-4450, x7140.

Register children who will attend the program. Parents or caregivers are welcome, but registration is not required for accompanying adults.

Have you ever been interested in rock climbing? Join the Woodbridge Public Library, May 9 at 7PM, to get an introduction to outdoor rock climbing! President/Owner of Northeast Mountain Guiding Joey Vulpis will introduce us to the basics of rock climbing and how to get started.

Joey Vulpis has been guiding for many years and is an essential part of the outdoor education industry in the United States. He is a co-founder of the Mid-Atlantic Mountain Rescue Team.

Medical research has uncovered amazing facts about meditation and the body-mind-spirit connection. Join Arvind Naik, Long time Meditator to learn about how meditation can be used to minimize the effects of stress and speed healing. Learn the tools needed to make meditation part of daily life. The program will include a “meditation sitting” and a question-and-answer discussion period. 

This program is presented as part of a series for Older Americans Month.

You must pick up your kit at the location you choose.

Woodbridge Public Library patrons can enjoy free access to award-winning learning service LinkedIn Learning. LinkedIn Learning offers over four thousand video courses to help learners become experts in any of hundreds of topics and popular software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc). Coding courses additionally offer sand-box environments to safely learn programming and markup languages directly through a web browser.

Courses from LinkedIn Learning are made by expert instructors and include detailed transcripts and downloadable examples that learners can use to practice along-side course lessons. 

Completing a course entitles learners to Certificates of Completion, which can be sent to employers and hiring agents to demonstrate professional development.
