NEW CROP! Microgreens Sprouting in the Greenhouse

Microgreens are nutrient-rich, intensely flavored, superfoods that are seeded in the greenhouse and can be harvested in about two weeks. Land's Sake farmers are now growing a variety of tasty, tiny greens: arugula, pea shoots, broccoli sprouts, and a mild micro-mix. The farm team is also experimenting with basil and chard microgreens! Look for microgreens at the Farmstand later this month.
