The first draft PY 2026 4% LIHTC with BGF guidelines have been posted for public comment. The Guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website here. 

OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines through today, Thursday, August 27, 2026. Comments may be submitted in writing to BGF@ohiohome.org.

The Second Draft of the 2027 Design and Architectural Standards (DAS) Have Been Posted

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking feedback on the second draft of the 2027 Design and Architectural Standards (DAS) and the Design and Architecture Process Manual until 5 p.m. on September 3, 2026. Comments may be submitted to DAS@ohiohome.org.
