This year, TAF is recruiting a Development and Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising efforts and help build the long-term infrastructure needed to sustain and grow our work. This role will work closely with the Executive Director and the broader TAF team to strengthen philanthropic partnerships, manage grants, and advance our mission of supporting Indigenous students pursuing education and careers across agriculture and related fields.
The mission of the Tribal Agriculture Fellowship (TAF) is to create opportunities for students to advance their education with the purpose of preserving and promoting the legacy of agriculture in Tribal communities. Through expanded outreach, agriculture education initiatives, and partnerships, TAF also supports career pathways, educator development, and community-driven solutions that prepare the next generation of Native agricultural leaders. We are seeking a development professional who is aligned with TAF values and motivated to support Native students and rural communities through relationship-based fundraising.
We would greatly appreciate any help in sharing this opportunity with your networks or encouraging qualified candidates who may be a good fit. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in fundraising, grant writing, agriculture, education, workforce development, or Indigenous-led initiatives.
Applications must include a resume and a letter of interest describing the applicant’s interest in the position and how their experience relates directly to TAF’s mission and work.
