The City of Branson has contracted with Universal Field Services, Inc to secure right-of-way and temporary construction easements for the revitalization of West 76 Country Boulevard in Segments 1 and 2 (from the intersection at Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and West 76, to the Branson Ferris Wheel). This effort is the next vital step toward enhancing the heart and hub of tourism in the region to welcome visitors, strengthen our infrastructure, improve safety, and promote economic development and prosperity.
If you own property in Segment 1 or 2, please watch your mail for a letter regarding your tract and review the information provided. Universal Land Agents will be calling soon to set up meetings to discuss the plans to improve the streetscape in front of your property along W. 76 Country Boulevard.
