We wanted to thank everyone in the community for all the kind thoughts, prayers, and support during this difficult time of losing my son, Kenny, in a tragic car accident.  D'Ana and I appreciate all that the community has done to help us.  

This truly is the most amazing community.  We love living here and being able to be active in Seis Lagos.

** Please notify the guard house in advance when you are expecting contractors/visitors at your home. This helps our guards direct the contractors/visitors to the appropriate address.

HOA Dues

Reminder:  Dues are due by the 1st of every month.  If your check is received after the 10th, a late charge will be applied to your account (with the exception if the 10th falls on a weekend). Dues are $120.00 per month.  You can pay dues annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Please write your lot and block on all checks.

Online payment is also available.  Please go to our website for more details.  There is a small convenience fee for paying online.
Light Maintenance / Handyman Help Needed

The HOA is looking for an on call handyman to help with projects around the community. Please call the HOA office if you are someone you know is interested in helping.

Parking on Seis Lagos Streets

Please remind your guests to not park on both sides of the street.  Keeping open roads allows easy access for residents and emergency vehicles.

Dirt Bikes, Motorbikes, ATVs, & Similar Vehicles are Prohibited in and on the Properties of Seis Lagos

Below is the section from the Seis Lagos Covenants that pertains to these vehicles. 

Article VII, Section 39
Permitted Uses and Restrictions
Page 40 of the Covenants of Seis Lagos

Motorbikes.   No trail bikes, motor bikes, go-carts, motorcycles, dune buggies or similar vehicles may be used except to travel from the Properties to Farm Road 1378, and then only as a means of conveyance to and from the outside boundaries of the Properties, and not for pleasure use within the Properties.

Exterior Home Improvements

All exterior improvements, updates, landscaping, trees/shrubs, pools, concrete work, roofs, patios, pergolas, etc. need to be approved by the ACC PRIOR to the construction date.  The ACC meets the second Sunday of every month at 6:30 PM in the HOA Conference room.  All meetings are open and homeowners with submission forms are encouraged to attend.

Clubhouse Parking Lot

All vehicles parked in the clubhouse parking lot overnight must have authorization from the HOA office. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.  
Please do not park under the covered area of the clubhouse when using the fitness room, pool, or tennis/sports courts.
