Join us for the Self-Care & Mindfulness Workshop with Dr. Edwina Bell

Dear Supporter,

We appreciate your commitment to support the Women of H.O.P.E., Hair Peace and Hope 5K Run activities. Your participation helps us to carry out our mission to provide health education and empowerment. In our ongoing effort to promote wellness we have organized a few educational sessions to encourage self-care.

The first session was on March 27, 2022, focused on mindfulness. The next session will focus on self-care and mental wellness.  May was the month the session was originally scheduled; however, it was necessary to reschedule the session for Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 3:00 pm. We apologize if this change caused any inconvenience.

We are so excited to have Dr. Edwina Bell, a local psychologist who will be the presenter and facilitator for this interactive session. She reminds us that in a world of challenges and uncertainty, resiliency has never been more important. This workshop will help you to identify effective ways to counteract stress, maintain a sense of peace and support positive mental wellness.

This mental wellness session is guaranteed to be enjoyable and enlightening.

Please join us and feel free to invite your family and friends to register and log on as well.

Please note registration is expedited and will only require your name if you attended the first session on mindfulness, since your information is already in the system.

We hope to see you there.

Best regards,

Paula Anderson
