Are you remembering to make the most of the breath?
Benefits of deep breathing
Whether we're talking about stress reduction, pain or fatigue, improved performance, clarity, immune response, digestion and more...The breath always has something to offer.
Yoga 101
Short, shallow and fragmented breaths = Short, shallow and fragmented thoughts which ripples to physical tension. Deep breathing helps centre the mind and enlivens the body. Plus, it's free and always available.
Removing the obstructions on the breath
Slouching is all too common; it sneaks up on us and becomes our new normal. In fact, a big part of our asana practice is gaining the strength and flexibility to go back to neutral. In our daily life paying attention to how we stand and sit and choosing to create a stable foundation in order to create internal space gives space to the breath enhancing energy levels and wellbeing.

Welcome Back ProCare!
We are pleased to announce that ProCare is up and running. We have been gradually reopening and providing care for our clients in the past two months and we are looking forward to continuing our practice this fall.
When you come in for an appointment you will notice the changes we have made to accommodate COVID-19 safety protocols. Most notably we have implemented a screening process for all clients the evening before their appointment, each treatment room is now equipped with an air filtration system and both the therapist and patient are wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
We want to thank our amazing clients for their patience and support during our reopening process, and we are looking forward to helping you with any aches or pains in the upcoming months. We look forward to seeing you!
