Self Service for Your Customers: myArbella
Did You Know...

Your customers can pay bills, view policies, file claims, and more—all from their desktops or mobile devices! myArbella gives customers 24/7 access to policy details and insurance documents they need.

As part of our ongoing efforts to generate awareness and adoption for our customer portal and mobile app, we will be promoting myArbella via email to new and renewing customers. We will begin with all CT Personal Lines and MA Personal Auto customers, followed by remaining Personal Lines customers by the year’s end.

You, too, can encourage your customers to register for myArbella. We invite you to share the registration link with them, and encourage them to download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
