Rebate Updates

In October, CPP will send money back to members who purchased vaccines from Sanofi, Merck and/or Seqirus between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025. Maximize your rebates in 2026 by making sure your purchasing accounts are aligned to your purchasing preferences! 


Simplify Your Rebate Process – Enroll in ACH Today!

CPP can directly deposit your rebate into your checking account, if interested. To enroll, simply complete and submit this ACH authorization form to CPP at cpp@nationwidechildrens.org or fax it to 614-722-2149. You only need to submit the form once.


New Rebates Coming

CPP most recently added rebates for Prevnar 20, Abrysvo, Trumenba, Penbraya, Vaxelis and Beyfortus and now we’re planning on paying rebates to members who purchase Enflonsia from July 1 through December 31! 

Vaccine Updates

The August 28, 2025, edition of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) features information on the use of Enflonsia™ for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).


  • Billing Information: Enflonsia™ is billed under CPT code 90382Respiratory syncytial virus, monoclonal antibody, seasonal dose, 0.7 mL, for intramuscular use.
  • Reimbursement Reminder: We recommend checking with your major payers to confirm reimbursement policies before adding new immunizations to your schedule. Payment for newly approved immunizations typically begins about 90 days after CDC Director approval of ACIP recommendations.

Merck is hosting a 1-hour webinar on October 28, 2025 at 12:15 EST focused on An Option for the Prevention of RSV Lower Respiratory Tract Disease in Neonates and Infants, featuring Debra Lynne Carter, MD, Senior Medical Director, Quality, Lehigh Valley Physician Group and Executive Vice Chair, Department of Pediatrics for Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital.


Dr. Carter will offer insights from her clinical and leadership experience in pediatric care, with a focus on RSV prevention in vulnerable populations.

HIT Optimizations Across the Patient Journey for RSV

 

Recently, Sanofi hosted a 30-minute educational webinar designed to help clinical and practice leaders utilize Health Information Technology (HIT) tools to impact RSV protection. The webinar focused on tech-forward opportunities for infant RSV immunization workflows. A recording of this webinar slide deck and HIT Care Process Model resource has been posted to the CPP website so that members can access it at their convenience.
