Rebate Update

In October, CPP will be sending rebates to members who purchased mainline vaccines from Sanofi and Merck between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024. Maximize your rebates in 2025 by making sure your practice is linked to both the Sanofi and Merck discounts! It’s another important way to save money on vaccines and how CPP brings more value to members.

Receive Your Rebate Via ACH

If you would prefer to receive your rebate via electronic deposit rather than a paper check, please submit this ACH authorization form to CPP at cpp@nationwidechildrens.org or fax it to 614-722-2149. If you already submitted this form to CPP, you do not need to complete it again.

Pricing Updates

Merck announced updates to their catalog pricing effective August 12, 2024. Keep in mind that the new pricing for CPP members will go into effect November 10, 2024. Some members stock up before the deadline to save money, of course keeping in mind cashflow and storage space restrictions. For updated pricing sheets, please contact the CPP office.

CPP has tools to help your practice manage through vaccine price increases. These include a budget impact worksheet, payer mix analysis and contact information for reimbursement support services available through the vaccine manufacturers. New Vaccine Management Grant

CPP has launched a Vaccine Management Grant, providing an opportunity for members to examine the financial impact of their vaccine management program.

Benefits for CPP members:

Measure the financial impact of your vaccine program
Enhance what is working well and/or easily identify and remedy areas of concern
Complete the survey to earn a $100 educational grant (limit 1 per tax ID for the first 50 participants)
