Hello to our Republican friends,
What a tremendous day yesterday was for Republicans across New Hampshire, and we sure kicked it off right with our breakfast event with U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas. Thank you to all of you who sold out our event and listened in as Sen. Cotton took your questions and touched on topics ranging from immigration and border control to critical race theory to Covid and its origins.
The Sen. Cotton breakfast was the first break-out event for our newly formed RCRC executive committee, and we really appreciate how you made it a great success. Thank you again to our event sponsors, Ryan Lent, State Rep. Darryl Abbas and Steven Lewis. Salut!
Fall dinner: We will keep you in the loop as we work toward hosting our annual Freedom Founders dinner, but this time in the fall. Thanks to you, we have the confidence to know such a dinner event this fall will be well-supported.
Once we have photos uploaded from yesterday's event, we will send you a link to access those. Thank you again to my wife, Gretchen, our photog extraordinaire. In the meantime, you can find a number of event photos filtered out on social media. A favorite of mine is always Philip Abirached, chair of the Windham GOP. He always has a shutter going and, if you are linked with him on Facebook, you can find some of his photos here
Hats off: Thank you to so many for making this event a great success, particularly to my e-board who took on many tasks: Sandy Geisler, who took charge of coordinating the event; Lilli Walsh, who put together the programs; Bill Smith, Ravi, Emily Sandblade and Joanne Meyer. Thank you. And to our check-in table volunteers, Castine Bernardy and Peter O'Neill. Thanks also to the staff at Atkinson Resort & Country Club including Kelsi Tucker. If you are ever looking for an event location, I highly recommend Atkinson CC. But the big thanks go to Sen. Cotton, who was so gracious and giving with his time. His staff was a big help, so thanks to them including Matt Downer.
Thank you also to Sen. President Chuck Morse, R-Salem, who dodged getting wrecked by a wayward vehicle on I-93 yesterday morning to join us and give a fantastic State of the State-type address leading into Sen. Cotton's remarks. We appreciate him, all of our legislators and Governor Sununu for their outstanding work on the state budget. So many in Rockingham County are to be toasted, including some on the House side, not limited to Speaker Sherman Packard of Londonderry, Majority Leader Jason Osborne of Auburn, and two of our budget staples: the infamous Ken Weyler of Kingston and Norman Major of Plaistow. By no means is that an exclusive list. Thank you to all of our Rockingham legislators.
With Sen. Cotton's event sitting large in the rear view, we are onto our next effort. We are excited to launch RCRC's 2021 handgun raffle

We will need your help staffing the Republican booth when the Fair returns in September. Thank you to Pam Skinner, our Deerfield Fair chair, for always stepping up to lead this effort. Watch for an upcoming email about how you can help. Deerfield Fair is always a great place to talk Republican ideals with people passing through. And you'll take note of the foot traffic by our booth compared to the loneliness on display at the lefty booth.

Thanks so much for your continued support. Please remember to jump right in and grab those handgun raffle tickets while they are hot. The link is above. We appreciate you.
On a personal note, thank you and my e-board for your continued support and propping up of me. I'm coming out of an emotional 72 hours - first Thursday in eulogizing and saying goodbye to my 102-year-old Nana, and then on Friday having a private graveside service for my uncle, whose proper send-off was disrupted by Covid. And then there was our Saturday morning event with Sen. Cotton. Thank you. Thank all of you.
Good wishes to a tremendous rest of July. God bless you.
On behalf of RCRC's Executive Committee,
Jason B. Grosky
