As we continue our Send a Kid to Camp campaign, it's inspiring to see so many individuals and organizations investing in the camp experience. Volunteers assembled and refreshed picnic tables throughout Camp Ingersoll's 77-acre property, creating welcoming spaces where thousands of campers will connect, create, and belong this summer.

Deloitte volunteers tackled projects across Camp Ingersoll's 77 acres, including staining the amphitheater stage and benches and refreshing the Ninja Course in preparation for another unforgettable summer.

Volunteers helped revitalize camp facilities by staining decks and outdoor structures throughout Camp Ingersoll and refreshing interior spaces, ensuring campers are welcomed into a well-maintained environment this summer.

Volunteers restored and refreshed split-rail fencing throughout Camp Ingersoll, including the waterfront, archery range, and main entrance. Their work improved both the safety and appearance of key camp spaces, helping create a welcoming environment for campers and families to enjoy all summer long.

From moving the Gaga Pit to assembling youth bicycles, volunteers helped create new opportunities for campers to stay active, build confidence, and make lasting memories this summer.

Volunteers refreshed the camp bathhouse, changing areas, and lifeguard stations with extensive painting and maintenance work, helping ensure campers and families are welcomed into clean, safe, and well-maintained waterfront spaces this summer. 

Volunteers assembled and installed shade tents throughout Camp Ingersoll, including the waterfront, family swim area, boating beach, and Wee Wonders. These new gathering spaces will provide campers with added comfort, sun protection, and opportunities to enjoy the outdoors all summer long.

Volunteers cleared rocks, sediment, and debris from a key runoff area near the lake, helping improve drainage, protect the waterfront, and maintain a safe and attractive environment for campers and guests.

Volunteers refreshed the Boathouse and Arts & Crafts area by staining decks, railings, stairs, and gathering spaces, helping preserve these well-loved camp facilities and prepare them for a busy summer season.

Volunteers refreshed the Camp Store with careful preparation, painting, and staining, helping preserve one of camp’s favorite gathering spots and ensuring it is ready to welcome campers this summer.

Volunteers cleared leaves, fallen branches, and invasive growth around the lake, Long House, and Camp Store, helping improve the appearance of camp while creating cleaner, safer outdoor spaces for campers to explore and enjoy.

Volunteers removed rocks and debris from the shoreline, helping eliminate potential tripping hazards and creating a safer waterfront experience for campers, families, and staff.

Volunteers organized and cleaned the camp’s fleet of boats, preparing them for safe use on the water and ensuring campers can enjoy boating adventures from the very first day of camp.

Volunteers trimmed low-hanging tree limbs throughout Camp Ingersoll, improving visibility, accessibility, and safety along trails, activity areas, roadways, and gathering spaces across the property.

Volunteers cleaned and organized the maintenance area, removing debris, sorting usable materials, and improving the functionality and appearance of an important behind-the-scenes space that supports camp operations year-round.

Volunteers split and neatly stacked firewood near the maintenance shop, helping ensure camp has a ready supply of wood for campfires, programs, and outdoor gatherings throughout the season.

Volunteers cleaned and organized camp buildings, cleared and trimmed vegetation along the disc golf course and activity areas, and removed aging forts from wooded campsites—helping create cleaner, safer, and more welcoming spaces for campers to learn, explore, and enjoy throughout the summer.
