To My Family, Friends, and Supporters:
I would like to wish a Happy New Year
to ALL of You , my " Village of Supporter s ",
who have been truly amazing and most supportive
(in word and in deed) during 201 8 .

We...together...have been blessed to add one more
year to our rich memories of true friendship, fun & food.

I pray there will be many more years to come
to continue our commitment to and
encouragement of
each other.

Because you attended my events,
purchased my books and/or you were just
there for support,
I've experienced a most productive, inspiring, and insightful year, which I am extremely grateful.

("Aunt Hattie's Cookbook: Southern Comfort Food Favorites" has become quite successful, as autographed copies can be ordered directly from

Please consider making an-end-of-the-year DONATION t0 the Aunt Hattie’s Scholarship Fund (AHSF) at Coppin State University to help with college expenses for our former foster young men of AHP and other foster youth who have aged out of the foster care system but still need help
(Because of their homeless status, they also MUST live on campus, which adds to their education expense).

Choose the tax-deductible process (below) to continue helping our aged-out foster youth.
You will receive a Thank You letter from Coppin Development Foundation with your
tax-deductible amount donated to AHSF.
These guys’ dreams & hopes are still indelibly printed on my heart, and your contributions will help to make their dream of a college education a reality.

As I have said before, “These young men don’t need a ‘handout’, they just need a ‘helping hand’.
You will be helping our future leaders to achieve and succeed.
