On November 23, we in the United States will celebrate Thanksgiving. It's a time to spend with family and friends and to reflect on our many blessings. In that spirit, we want to thank you for all that you do to help to make disciples of all nations, especially those in Nicaragua. Thousands of children and families have been fed and clothed. Homes have been built, relationships restored and the Gospel of Christ shared. We are thankful for YOU! We hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving!
"All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God." 2 Cor. 4:15
Kayla - A Thankful Mom
Jireh and Sofia are two sweet girls who live in Nicaragua. They were sleeping on a dirty, worn out bed eaten up by termites. A generous sponsor was able to provide them with a new bunk bed and bless their mom in process.

Black Friday | Cyber Monday #GivingTuesday
The day after Thanksgiving is called Black Friday. Three days later we have Cyber Monday. Both are days when many people shop for Christmas. The next day is #GivingTuesday - a day when people all over the world give to their favorite charitable organization. Pray about making a tax-deductible donation to Chosen Children Ministries and help children and families in Nicaragua on Tuesday, Nov. 28th!
New Construction Update
God has blessed CCM by allowing us to expand a portion of our Masaya campus with new team housing, a rancho and a kitchen. These facilities will house up to 80 additional team members. The purpose is not necessarily to accommodate more people, but to spread teams out and create a better experience as teams arrive and depart for their mission trip. Construction will be completed in time for the 2018 season!
Team News
Christ Community Church - Chicago, IL
Nicaraguan pastors are very special to us. Our ministry revolves around the work of our churches in barrio communities. Recently, a team from Christ Community Church in IL brought a team of ministry leaders to encourage, teach and love on our pastors from various locations in Nicaragua.

Throughout the conference they led in worship, taught about developing leaders, methodology & presentation, discipleship and prayer. They generously provided Kindles preloaded with discipleship and teaching materials for each pastor.

Next year they plan to expand the conference by teaching about Spiritual Gifts, Marriage, Church Discipline and more.
Renfrew Church - Travelers Rest, SC
The team from Renfrew Baptist Church accomplished many projects in the Cristo Rey community including a water tank, baptismal and secure windows at the church. Additionally, they conducted VBS for children and evangelism/discipleship training for adults.
On Wednesday of their trip, they fed approximately 300 people in the community and had opportunity to share the Gospel with them.
