memorable holiday & New Year

Each fall Family Service Madison holds its annual appeal for financial support to sustain the work we do. This year our goal for this campaign is to raise $20,000. To do that we need your help.
In 2018, FSM continued to serve over 5,000 families in Dane and surrounding counties. Our major program areas continue to include: domestic violence, day treatment for severely challenged middle schoolers, Birth to Three services, individual and group mental health services, in-home therapy for families, substance abuse prevention and EAP services to 40 companies.
In addition to supporting these programs, most of which operate in a deficit situation, we have to resurface the parking lots at 128 E. Olin Avenue and 2000 Fordem Avenue.
One of our greatest strengths is being able to count on the generosity of friends like you-people in the community who are committed to our mission “Providing human services to instill hope and promote wellness in our community.” FSM has been able to sustain our mission in Dane County since 1910 due to our community support and the quality of our programming.
We appreciate your support for those in need of our services.
