The first practice is MONDAY January 17, 2022. Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. and practice starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. at the Medical Lake High School. The wrestling room has moved, please enter on the southwest corner of the high school.
Typically practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday with a few exceptions due to school conflicts.
A full practice schedule will be posted to our website ASAP.
