Share Your Input for the Transit Feasibility Study
The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments will be hosting a community workshop to gather public input for the San Gabriel Transit Feasibility Study.

When: Wednesday, February 23, 2022, | Noon - 1 p.m. or 5 - 6 p.m.

To provide an overview of the short and long-term transit options designed to enhance communities and the lives of residents, commuters, and visitors.

If you are in need of a COVID-19 test Montebello has several FREE mobile testing sites available to choose from.

City Hall | Monday - Wednesday, & Sunday | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
  • Drive-thru only
  • Rapid Testing ONLY until further notice due to delay in processing PCR test results.
  • No appointments. First come-first served only.  

City Hall | Thursday - Saturday | 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.  

Grant Rea Park | Thursday - Saturday | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
  • Drive-thru only

Senior Center makes getting vaccinated easy
We are hosting another local vaccine clinic at the Senior Center. If you're due for a booster vaccine, we have options for Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J. Take advantage of this quick and easy opportunity to get your vaccine.

When: Sunday, February 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: Montebello Senior Center | 115 S. Taylor Ave.

Appointments and walk-ins accepted.

What You Need to Know:
  • 1st, 2nd, and boosters are available
  • Pfizer vaccines are available for ages 12+
  • Moderna and J&J vaccines are available for ages 18+

Save the Date for Montebello's District Voting Public Hearing 3
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at Montebello City Hall, 1600 West Beverly Boulevard, Montebello, California, on Virtual Website Livestream, Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider the following:

Present proposed draft City Council district maps and receive public input regarding such draft maps created as part of the City’s transition from an “at-large” election system
of electing City Council Members to a “by-district” election system. Proposed draft maps will be posted and made available to the public on the City’s website on or before

*The City Council is considering the change in order to ensure compliance with the California Voting Rights Act of 2001 (“CVRA”). At the public hearing described in this notice, the City Council may receive public testimony to be used in establishing options for district boundaries, pursuant to Elections Code section 10010 and Government Code section
