Greetings!
It’s time to start planning for this year’s class trip. The Class of 2024 is going to Cragun’s Resort Friday, May 17 – Monday, May 20 in the Brainerd Lakes area. Over the last several years, students, parents, and class advisors have returned with great reviews about the resort and about spending time together with the class.
We have made a general reservation for the number of cabins we need. Now it is time to make specific reservations. We will need to send in $100.00 per person in order to reserve the actual number of cabins.
We will be collecting the $100 from those who wish to go by Friday, February 23.
As of right now, the class trip will most likely cost around $250 per student, not including food. The amount depends on how much the class obtains through fundraisers and what items are donated. We will work with the class to keep the expenses as low as possible.
I will be meeting with the Senior class to explain what the trip is about and that we will need a down payment of $100 by February 23. They can pay this fee in the office or online. The down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE after March 1 as the money will have been sent to Cragun’s. We will also have a couple more meetings to explain rules and procedures. The remainder of the payment will be due April 5.
We are looking for some parent chaperones who are willing to bring their boats. If you would like to chaperone, you must contact me as there are a small number of chaperone spots available.
