Dear Parents and Guardians,
At the end of this school year, fully charged laptops and accessories will be collected from all GRADUATING SENIORS in the Technology office after exams (from 9:50 – 10:50 am & 12:15 – 1:15 pm) on Monday, June 19th, and in the Media Center after exams (from 9:50 – 10:50 am & 12:15 – 1:15 pm) on Tuesday, June 20th. Please note: Seniors must return all laptop equipment and clear all obligations by Wednesday, June 21st prior to graduation rehearsal at 12:30 pm.
Before returning laptops, students should ensure that the batteries are fully charged, and all data is responsibly backed-up.
During laptop collection, the items listed below need to be returned in good working condition. For any missing article(s), an obligation will be created based on the fee schedule:
An obligation is resolved by submitting it to the Assistant Principal’s Office with the equipment and/or appropriate fine, thus receiving a release. Unmet technology obligations may result in the following:
- Seniors will not receive a cap and gown for graduation and/or not receive a diploma.
Parents, your help and encouragement in discussing the above procedures with your student(s) will be greatly appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any relevant questions or concerns.
