Congratulations! Your child has made it to their senior year. With all the hard work it takes to get to this point you should be very proud that in just a few short months they will be graduating!  With all that Senior Year involves I know this can all be overwhelming. You have student fees to pay, cap and gown to order, invitations to send out. In addition, they can’t miss their Senior Prom, there are prom tickets and a special dress/tux for that night. Wow, seniors are exhausting, not to mention expensive!  

All that to say I am here to help you anyway that I can in order to get those student fees out of the way before you have to finalize all the other expenses. I am happy to mention that we now offer payments using MySchoolBucks mobile app for all fees except Library and Cafeteria.   With MySchoolBucks you’ll be able to quickly browse school items in our School Store, be notified when fees are due, and make payments from anywhere!

2. Create your free account and add your students using their school name / student ID 
3. Add school items or invoices to your cart 
4. Check out using your credit / debit card or electronic check 
5. A program fee may apply. 

We still accept cash or check payments in the finance office. Library fees will need to be taken care of with the Library. They can look up what your student owes and be able to let you know what books will need to be returned. 

 If you have any questions about the fees listed just give me a call and I will see what I can do and why it is listed. If there are fees that are SPS property, books, chrome books, uniforms etc. those may be returned, in good condition, and a credit will be applied to the account. It is just that easy! Please keep in mind that what you see in home access or e-school is no longer correct. The only way to see the correct fees is to go to My School Bucks 

 I also want to mention that the Prom is April 19th this year and all student fees must be paid BEFORE they will be allowed to purchase a ticket. Once all fees have been paid, you will be clear to purchase a prom ticket.

All senior students should plan to attend a Senior meeting on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 2:00pm in the PHS Auditorium. Students will receive information regarding Prom, Graduation, and end of year senior activities.

Seniors must be in attendance for the entire school day on Friday, April 19, 2024, to be able to attend PHS Prom.
