When patients “stay with you” for years (perhaps referring loved ones), you have demonstrably earned incumbency as their trusted advisor on personalized hearing health solutions. Your expertise and devotion to better Quality Of Life (QOL) outcomes persuade those in need to gravitate towards being patients for life. In-Practice Incumbency is measurably valuable and as prosperous colleagues advocate, “the most important customer is the one you already have.”
