Dear TCC members and attendees,
We gladly invite you to take this initial survey as a kick off to receiving feedback from individuals at our church, relative to the Senior Pastor Search. This survey is intended:
- To understand your view of the Senior Pastor's role in the church, relative to how much time he spends on individual tasks,
- To hear from you about your experiences and view of TCC (this is important as we profile TCC for prospective candidates),
- To know of other thoughts you may have for the Sr. Pastor Search Committee.
This is the first of several initiatives planned in what is a continuing effort to seek input from the congregation. Stay tuned for more. We will use the Sunday bulletin, TCC's weekly newsletters and periodic 'pulpit visits' from committee members to communicate with you. All of these will serve as primary ways to keep you up-to-date and involved in the search process.
