With all young generations headed back to school this week, why not take a class or two yourself? Keeping the mind young requires giving it a little work, so learn a lot about a new topic or freshen up on one of your favorites! A ton of people know the basics of eating healthy, but don't know much beyond a basic understanding. Learn the background details about our diets, health factors and genetic make-ups that influence our eating habits and ultimately our health!
This course provides a framework for recognizing and analyzing the major distinctive regions of the world in comparative context. The most important interrelations between environment, economy, ethnicity, and the national identity and viability of states is explored.

In this class, you'll learn a number of base skills to writing fiction stories, including developing characters and story lines. From reviewing others work and having your own work reviewed, your fiction writing will improve dramatically by the end of the course.
