Exercising at Home!
Keeping active and in decent shape can be difficult without equipment or a gym to workout in. There are ways to accommodate this though! There are various phone apps you can download for workouts, programs that have popped up since the pandemic began and personal trainers who go the extra mile for everyone. Take a look and try out some of the options below.
Planet Fitness started an social media adventure during the pandemic and now stages "Work-Ins" with anyone who watches their videos! These videos are called United We Move and are equipment free, but can be a bit strenuous, so you may have to alter the work-out a little to fit your ability. Check them out on the Planet Fitness Facebook page and scroll down to find older videos as well.
A personal training duo has done a lot of work and have a great set-up on their online platform. With a host of clientele spanning a broad range of fitness levels, they have a number of videos for anyone looking to work-out. Follow the work-out above, or choose from others at .

Any form activity is better for your health and well-being, so don't worry about the intensity of what you're doing! Another great activity that is low intensity and fantastic for the mind and body is meditation. While it can be practiced on your own, a phone app, Simple Habit, guides you through quick meditations for free and offers more access for a fee.
