The Canadian Junior Girls' and Boys' Championships got under way today and the fields include golfers from the BruceGreySimcoe region.

Chloe Hassberger of Vespra Hills Golf Club in the Barrie area is competing in the girls event while Dimitri Protopapas of The Nest at Friday Harbour near Barrie is in the boys competition.
