Dear members of the UDC community,
Lorinnsa Bridges-Kee, who served as the Vice President of Human Resources, has separated from the University of the District of Columbia, effective today. We thank Ms. Bridges-Kee for her service to UDC and wish her well in her future endeavors.
Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President Kelly McMurray, Ph.D. will oversee the Office of Human Resources (OHR) in the interim and will work closely with a human resources executive to provide daily support to the OHR. Please direct questions regarding specific projects or initiatives previously managed by Ms. Bridges-Kee to Dr. McMurray’s attention.
Dr. McMurray will coordinate a national search to identify a new Vice President of Human Resources. The search will commence immediately and will include input from the UDC community. We will continue to share updates as the process unfolds.
