Attention PeopleSoft HR (eServe) Users

Please be advised that there will be scheduled downtime for PeopleSoft HR (eServe).

All access to PeopleSoft HR (eServe) will be disabled from Friday, September 16th at 3:00 PM EST until Monday, September 19th at 9:00 AM EST.

During this time, you and the rest of the community will be unable to log into eServe, and all functionality will be inaccessible, including but not limited to:

• Submitting ePAF
• Completing New Hire Onboarding
• Submitting, Reviewing, Or Approving Personnel Actions
• Time Entry & Time Off Tracking, Reviewing Time Off Balances
• Reviewing Personal Information, Including Paystubs

Due to the limited access for new hires during this time, we strongly encourage all hires to be entered no later than Thursday, September 15th.
