The Agency of Commerce and Community Development typically publishes a legislative summary of acts that affect planning and zoning. NVDA will keep you posted when it becomes available. Please note that if the NVDA Regional Plan is not adopted by December 31, 2026 all legacy village and downtown designations will expire.
