The St. Joseph campus is a satellite campus and all classes are hybrid. Hybrid classes are half on campus and half on line. They are happy with their enrollment numbers. There is a new financial aid program for students over 25, called Fast Track. You would qualify if you haven't attended college in the last two years. They are looking for a space to possibly hold nursing classes in Savannah.

Guests - Bill Ulm and Matt Dameron with Gardner Properties

They feel there is a need in Savannah for family housing. They have proposed a 42 unit family apartment property located behind Praise Fellowship Church located at 900 State Highway E in Savannah. There will be an on site manager along with a Community Action Partnership office on site to provide services for the families. Applicants will be credit and background checked and must have income to be approved for an apartment. Costs for this project is estimated at nine million.

Mary thanked everyone for attending and wished them a great afternoon.
