Thank you for a great summer!

The Stilly Valley Health Connections team had a great time hosting events at both Haller Park and the new Smokey Point Community Park to celebrate summer and spend time with our community.

Thank you to all of the families who stopped by for a visit and who enjoyed some frozen treats! A special thank you to Sno-Isle Libraries, WSU Extension's SNAP-Ed Program, and the Arlington Police Department for joining us at the parks, providing resources and activities for children and families.

September is Suicide Prevention Month

Opening up about your mental health journey—good, bad, or messy—creates space for healing. Let’s make silence a thing of the past. Start a conversation. Be the difference. #SuicidePreventionMonth
