Celebrate "Save Your Photos" month with LLCGS. Christie Johnson will present two sessions -- a free morning lecture and an afternoon workshop for a small fee. How will you organize, identify, preserve, and share your photographic genealogical treasures? Attend one or both sessions;
Free Lecture 10-11 a.m. - You will learn how to tackle your photo legacy by organizing, preserving, and sharing your lifetime of printed and digital photos. (a handout will be posted soon) To attend by Zoom, REGISTER HERE
Lunch Break - on your own. There are a number of local establishments. Also, the library will be open for research.
Afternoon Workshop 1-3 p.m. - In-person only. $10 for members, $20 for non-members (payable at the door with cash or check). Please bring 3-5 pictures (physical or digital) to review what you learned in the presentation while addressing your very own personal photos. Christie Johnson, owner and operator of Memorable Legacy, will teach you how to gather, sort, organize, digitize, backup, and, best of all, creative ways to relive and enjoy your family photo collection. She will teach you a step-by-step proven method of organization used by professional photo organizers worldwide.
