Go Live Plan for Delegated Lenders: 
New Reservations in PowerLender
Delegated Lenders will begin making new reservations in PowerLender on Monday, September 14, 2020. The Loan Reservations page on Kentucky Housing Corporation's (KHC) website has been updated to include a button to "Launch PowerLender."

Remember, any loans reserved in Epic must be completed in Epic.
Correspondent and Third Party Originators (TPOs) will continue to work in Epic only until their respective go-live dates.
  1. Correspondent Lenders will begin a phased rollout of PowerLender on Monday, October 5, 2020.
    • Trainings for Correspondent Lenders will be held the week of October 5-9, 2020.
    • New reservations for Correspondent Lenders in PowerLender will begin Monday, October 12, 2020.
  2. TPOs should begin a phased rollout of PowerLender on Monday, October 19, 2020.  
    • Trainings for TPO Lenders will be held the week of October 19-23, 2020.
    • New reservations for TPO Lenders in PowerLender will begin Monday, October 26, 2020.
