The Ultimate Sports Guide is a 14-year-old Bay Area–based sports magazine with a strong presence in the local sports community. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted platform which highlights athletes, teams, and stories that matter -- while continuously evolving with the digital media landscape.

We are expanding our digital reach and are looking for highly motivated assistants who want to be part of a respected sports media organization.

Role Overview

As a Social Media & Digital Content Associate, you will play a hands-on role in managing our online presence and supporting our content workflow. This offers direct exposure to how a digital sports magazine operates—from content planning to publishing and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

·  Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)

·  Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice

·  Assist with content planning, post management, and engagement tracking

·  Collaborate with editors and designers on digital campaigns

·  Support website content updates and publishing workflows (Webflow exposure)

·  Participate in team discussions and contribute creative ideas

Who Should Apply

·  Strong interest in sports, media, marketing, or digital content

·  Good written communication skills

·  Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced environment

·  Familiarity with social media platforms (experience is a plus, not required)
