Staying Connected to Saint Joe during inclement weather
Saint Joseph High School will be using three modes of communication this school year regarding emergency notifications such as school closings or school delays. We will no longer use Pinwheel.
1) SJHS App - Smart phone owners can use the new Saint Joseph High School - South Bend app available on the iTunes or Google Play store. Please note - when signing up for the app, make sure to accept school notifications. Notifications will be stored on the Notification button within the app. Along with sending emergency notifications, subscribers get weekly notifications regarding campus events.
2) SJHS Website - Check the website at
for weekly notifications regarding campus events and emergency notifications.
3) Local News Station - Weather closings will be announced on WNDU, WSBT, and ABC57. Families can set their cell phones for text announcements regarding weather closings through the news station websites.
