Multi-Factor Authentication
KHC's new Loan Origination System (LOS), PowerLender, will have an enhanced security feature, multi-factor authentication (MFA). Rather than just asking for a username and password, MFA will require an additional code to help identify the user. During the login process the user will be prompted to enter a code, received via email, to validate their identity. This process will be repeated every 30 days on private computers. Please add the sender's domain to your safe senders list to ensure the MFA code does not go to your spam folder.
