Experience is a hands-on career expo that focuses on eighth-grade students in Warren County as they begin to explore career pathways for their high school years and beyond. It
exposes students to careers available in South Central Kentucky while supporting an understanding of the educational pathways necessary to achieve those careers. Experience demonstrates what each career involves through interactive "a day in the life" activities while providing valuable information, like potential salaries, in that field.

FLSA Overtime Exemption Rule

DOL Releases Final Overtime Ruling
|
The Department of Labor (DOL) released the final revisions to its overtime exemption rule. The new rule, which takes effect December 1, doubles the exempt employee annual salary threshold from $23,660 to $47,476. DOL estimates that the change will impact 4.2 million workers.

SCORE provides: Volunteer mentors who share their expertise across 62 industries; free, confidential business mentoring in person or via email; free business tools, templates and tips online; inexpensive or free local business workshops and online webinars 24/7.
SCORE is seeking new volunteers in the South Central Kentucky area for a revitalized chapter in Bowling Green.
