2. Take Note:
What does your current skin care regimen look like? What products are you using? How are they working for you? If you have products at home that you are using but are not sure if they are the best for your skin, bring them with you so your esthetician can look at the ingredients and tell you more about them and let you know if there is something better.

We’ve all heard the adage, “You are what you eat.” Well, it’s true! Good nutrition is very important when it comes to maintaining beautiful skin. Certain skin conditions are helped tremendously by making a few lifestyle changes and being careful about what we put into our bodies.
