The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations designed to recognize the
lifelong achievements
of a citizen for actions, generosity and service, broad-based community involvement in a non-paid position, and leadership in organizations above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of the community.

for each individual separately. You may provide up to two (2) typewritten pages on why you believe the nominee is deserving of the award. Letters of support are also encouraged.
The deadline to submit nominations is 5 pm on Friday, October 27, 2017.
