Are you: 1. Flexible in your scheduling. (Strictly an on-call job, with weekly scheduling).
2. Compassionate and patient in working with older adults in the transition process.
3. Financially able to work 0 -30 hours per week as the schedule dictates.
4. A fast learner. 5. You and your car are reliable 6. In good physical condition to work up to 6-8 hours per job in a physically demanding job. Crew lift a max of 25 pounds solely/ 50 pounds jointly and do not move furniture. This is not a warehouse job. 7. Able to work with entry level pay with increases based on skills and industry standards.

6. Assist with Staging Services and Estate Sales as needed.
7. Pay commensurate with experience and skills.
8. Potential to take over the company in 1-2 years for the right person.
