PEARL Technician Training: Developing the Future
Are you looking to expand your team's technical abilities? Need to meet the requirements of OSHA and PEARL EERS (Electrical Equipment Reconditioning Standard) for a qualified technician? Take a look at the Technician Certification offered by PEARL. This training can help boost employee morale, provide employees with a path to future management positions, reduce accidents and associated costs, reduce warranty claims and help meet the OSHA responsibility for a qualified worker. For the individual, technician certification can also help extend a career path or open new opportunities within your organization.

PEARL Currently has 67 certified Level I Technicians who have passed testing on shop safety requirements and can perform inspections, testing and reconditioning on a variety of electrical equipment. The PEARL Level II Technician program is currently available for testing. The technician must also be able to read and interpret equipment drawings, specifications and electrical schematics at the component level and recognize the warning signs for counterfeit products in the industry. Details on the Technician Certification program can be found at PEARL's website.

I would encourage you to challenge your team to utilize the training materials available on the PEARL website and obtain these important and valuable certifications.

Wishing you the best,

Howard Herndon,  PEARL President
