Stone Fabrication Wastewater Treatment

Installing wastewater treatment equipment not only keeps you in compliance but also provides a convenient operation in your workplace as well as significant savings.

At M.W. Watermark™, we offer wastewater treatment equipment for fabrication shops that helps reduce costs and eliminate fines.

Many fabrication shops can attest that water bills can be undeniably overwhelming. If your business has limited or no access to an adequate water supply, then recycling the wastewater makes sense.

For example, if you operate in a rural setting where you only use water wells, then recycling equipment can help to eliminate the hurdles of working with an insufficient water supply.

Employing a filter press or slant plate clarifier in your stone fabrication business can also reduce costs associated with compliance. With tighter regulations around contaminates and particulate matter, recycling gives you peace of mind knowing that associated compliance fines are one less thing to worry about.

Learn how Capital Granite, a custom fabrication shop, is using an M.W. Watermark filter press to help recycle all of the process / waste water that is used throughout their facility.

Concrete Wastewater Recycling

M.W. Watermark provides concrete production companies with sustainable concrete wastewater treatment solutions that allow them to recycle nearly all of their wastewater.

M.W. Watermark filter press paired with an Enviro-Port reclaimer system.

A filter press system separates cement particles from washout water. The recycled water can then be reused to blend new concrete. The filtrate is free of solids and excess reusable water can be easily disposed.

Success Story: Osborne Concrete Company

M.W. Watermark works with Osborne Concrete Company, a Michigan-based ready-mixed concrete company that now uses a filter press to recycle the water used to clean out their trucks. T he addition of a filter press into their current wastewater recycling process allowed them to re-use the water to make more concrete or to wash additional vehicles.

Car and Truck Wash Wastewater Treatment

Whether you've owned a car or truck wash for decades, are planning an expansion, or are interested in cutting costs, water recycling and reusing wastewater has numerous benefits for your business.

As water restrictions increase to help prevent resource shortages, it can be a smart idea to consider recycling water to combat costs, sewer availability issues, environmental impact, and limitations caused by drought.

While there are many ways to begin reusing your wastewater, one of the easiest and most efficient upgrades to make is to begin using a filter press.

Recycle and Save with Wastewater Treatment Equipment

Every year, 1.165 billion gallons of water are filtered through M.W. Watermark filter presses, and that number is growing by about 20% every year.

That equates to about 4.7 million gallons per day, based on a work year with 250 days of operation.
