2018 continues with several projects moving along nicely. Below is an update:
The most significant project we are wrapping up is the final steps associated with the next
Oregon Clean Energy Center. We are working hard to establish a ground breaking in early 2019.
Methanol Plant in North Oregon is currently under construction. This development should be completed during this calendar year.
The City created a
with expansion of our wonderful bike path off Navarre Avenue by Aldi. Bike Path details are on the
Oregon On the Go
We continue to work towards our long-term objective of establishing 50 acres for our
"Downtown Oregon" with mixed use residential, office, and retail development. The closure of ownership of the Kmart property will help us bring this project to life. We are currently putting together an "Oregon, Ohio" story to give to those developers interested in helping the City develop this establishment.
The Oregon Economic Development Foundation and the City of Oregon continue to work with developers on projects off Navarre. We hope to have more details next month.
